The owners of Rancho de Lelo, Elvira and Aurelio, were born and raised in San Luis. This unique family-run hotel and sustainable farm balances the needs of the farm with the health of the surrounding ecosystem and its flora and fauna.

At Rancho de Lelo we produce much of our own food in an environmentally sustainable, socially responsible, and largely organic fashion. A leisurely walk around our farm allows guests to see first-hand our tilapia ponds,chickens, pigs, cows, coffee, biodigesters, and of course our exuberant
gardens.
